Free IBM Mini Hack-a-thon, an IBM Design Thinking Approach!: McLean, VA

Jun 10,2015 - Time: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
For the first time, we are offering to our customers a "Mini Hack-a-thon" that incorporates a shorter version of the "IBM Design Thinking Approach!". A Hack-a-thon is typically a brief, intense period of collaborative development focused on a specific topic. While we want to preserve the spirit of a full Hack-a-thon, the duration of the Mini Hack-a-thon is only ONE day and it takes place at an IBM facility. The primary focus of this fun event is to introduce our customers to our approach for creating compelling personal value propositions and engaging user experiences. The idea is to get the customers engage in active sessions of big ideas, challenging discussions and to leverage resources & services to develop an application quickly. For this event, customers will be introduced to various IBM technologies such as Aspera for transferring data, and the Bluemix as the Platform as a Service (PaaS) to help accelerate the development and composition of their Hack-a-thon applications.
