Objective
This session is designed for customers who are interested in implementing a mobile application platform using IBM MobileFirst Platform
Foundation and the IBM MobileFirst Platform suite of offerings. A complement of presentations and hands-on lab exercises will enable you
to understand how to accelerate the development of mobile applications and provide management of deployed mobile applications using
the IBM MobileFirst Platform Foundation.

• Lab – Explore MobileFirst Studio, IBMBank app architecture and optionally build a simple hybrid mobile app from scratch
• Lab – Extend IBMBank application using the web service discovery tool and local JSONStore APIs
• Lab – Deploy an application using the IBM Application Center and a full MobileFirst test server
• Lab – Manage application life cycle through MobileFirst Console with direct update and in-app notifications
Audience
This Proof of Technology is for IT managers, architects, administrators and developers who are evaluating IBM MobileFirst Platform
Foundation. No prerequisite knowledge is required, although it would be helpful if the attendee has a basic understanding of the principles
of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript or enterprise applications in an infrastructure environment.
